Criteria needed to enter this class

Content that will be presented in this class

Dog must demonstrate a solid stay

Dog must demonstrate the ability to move into a sit/down on command

Dog must demonstrate a reliable recall

Dog must demonstrate an acceptable level of self control

·        Introduce handler and dog to all obstacles

·        Introduce various methods of training obstacles.

·        Low heights will be utilized throughout the 8 week course

·        Focus on helping handlers learn the correct obstacle performance

·       Increase dog’s confidence working through and on all obstacles

·        Development of handling skills for obstacles (target, body language)
