A general membership meeting is held the second Friday of every other month -- January, March, May, July, September, November -- at the AOC Training Building.  Members are encouraged to attend.  Information about the meeting is included in the Tailwagger.

AWARDS BANQUET

The Awards Banquet for titles earned in 2012 was held at the Italian American Community Center on Sunday, February 17.  Here's a list of the awards.

Form to contribute to the Trophy fund for our 2013 Obedience/Rally Trials.

• The Conditional Member will be required to attend two 8-week classes.

• Five volunteer points must be acquired by the Conditional Member, meeting attendance not included.

• The Conditional Member will be required to attend four membership meetings.

• At the 1^st meeting, the Conditional Member will receive a club information packet.

• At the 2^nd meeting, a membership application will be filled out and presented to the Membership Coordinator.

• At the 4^th meeting, the Conditional Member will be voted on by the Club Members.

• Will receive a copy of the Constitution & By-Laws and Policies after being voted into the Club.

• Effective date -- January 1, 2013.

Each member is responsible for his/her own form.  In the meeting room there is a file box in the cabinets set aside for members to keep their forms.

BUILDING USE

The building is available to members when classes aren't scheduled, and on weekends when the facility isn't being used for a show and go, training party, trial, seminar, etc. 

Policy:  A person must be a member in good standing for 6 months, attend at least one membership meeting other than the meeting they were voted in, and participate in at least one volunteer activity before being eligible to receive a key. To obtain a key, e-mail Meryl Winnie at meryl@arcon.bz

Members are charged a $5.00 fee for each training session; members may bring a guest for a $25 fee per training session.

All equipment MUST be put back against the walls before you leave.  Please be sure to turn off lights, lock the door and close the gate.

Remember, this building belongs to all of us.  Cleaning supplies are in the bathrooms and in the kitchen cabinets.  Everyone needs to do their share to keep the building clean.

The building will be cleaned on Mondays from 6:30 - 9:30 a.m.  Please allow our cleaning person to do her job -- work around her if necessary.
