Premium List will be emailed to everyone who has entered in the past three years and available on this website
at the end of March/beginning of April

 

Entry Fee Obedience:  $25.00 for first entry of a dog and $18.00 for each additional entry of the same dog on the same day (includes 50¢ AKC Recording Fee first entry only and $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee per entry).

 

Entry Fee Rally:  $25.00 for first entry of a dog; $18.00 for each additional entry of same dog on the same day (includes $3.50 AKC Recording Fee for first entry and $3.00 AKC Recording Fee for each additional entry).

 

Entry Fee Non-Regular Rally:  $10.00 for each entry of a dog in a non-regular class.

 

Entries Close: 6:00 pm, Wednesday, May 2, 2012, or when the numerical class limits have been reached, with Trial Secretary, after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled or substituted, except as provided for in Chapter 1, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules.

IMPORTANT:  Read carefully instructions on reverse side before filling out.  Numbers in the boxes indicate sections of the instructions relevant to the information needed in that box.

 

Use one entry blank per dog only if information is exactly the SAME for each day.  Check the block for each show in which you wish to enter your dog.  You MUST use a SEPARATE entry blank if you are entering your dog in a different class on different days (e.g. Open B on Day 1 and Utility B on Day 2) or if you are entering an additional class on either of the days (Open B on Day 1 and Open B and Utility B on Day 2).

 

For dogs listed in the AKC Partners Program, mark Breed as All American Dog or Mixed Breed.   Variety, Breeder, Sire, Dam information shall remain blank for dogs registered in this program.


Entries are limited to eight hours per judge each day.

 

Move-ups to a higher class are permitted as provided for in Chapter 1, Section 16 of the obedience regulations.

 

Confirmations and Judging Schedules will be sent by email unless US mail is specifically requested.
